We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in West Hollywood. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with plenty of aesthetic appeal. We were immediately impressed and took lots of photos. The hotel itself is also stunning, with a common area that opens onto a sunlit courtyard restaurant. The location is fantastic, with many great shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. Transportation options are easily accessible, and there is also parking available. The staff provided exceptional service, making our experience even more enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the discounted brunch at the MARDI restaurant and the rooftop bar with a game area. We loved every aspect of our stay and will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional - they upgraded my room for our anniversary trip and even gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate. The girl at the front desk, Alex, was very informative and helpful. The design elements of this hotel were unique and quirky, from the lobby to the rooftop patio with a bar and games area. The room itself was spacious and had just the right amount of kitchen accessories. Additionally, the location was perfect - close to everything, including restaurants and bars. The hotel even had a sunlit courtyard restaurant, adding to the great atmosphere.

My room at Palihouse was like a mini apartment - complete with a kitchen, a cozy living room, and even a washer/dryer! The decor was tasteful and every detail was carefully thought out. I loved spending time on the rooftop, enjoying the views of the city while sipping on a cocktail. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were close to the beach and shopping, which made it easy to get around.
The room was small and had no view, even though we had requested one. The air conditioning was noisy and didn't seem to work well.
